VICCCTOOOORRRRRYYYY!

A few quick post-game thoughts here:

1) I plan to watch a little bit of the Philly-NE game, if only to see what an aggressive D can do against the Patriots. Jauron/Miami have played like pussies against them, and I'm interested to see Jim Johnson's D come out and play. After that, the Hamburgler TV will go back to The Wire Marathon. I've watched the first season and a half this weekend, since getting the first 3 seasons for half price at Best Buy. It's the best television show in history.

2) Again, my first child, boy or girl, will be named Devin Hester Hamburgler.

3) Once Fred Miller was removed from the game, the offense exploded. Grossman had time to throw and pick apart their D. Let's hope St. Clair plays the rest of the season.

4) Benson was looking good before his injury. Let's hope it's not serious.

5) Charles Tillman had a terrific game. A diving INT, 2 consecutive passes defensed in the end zone, and a blocked punt.

6) Denver killed us w/the outside run, especially on the fake FB dive and pitch outside. Once the staff had a drive or two to make adjustments, our ends realized they had to play contain. I don't think they tried that shit again after Mark Anderson dropped the RB for a 8-yard loss.

7) Why the fuck can't we throw a Hail Mary at the end of the first half? That's 2 weeks in a row now I'm left perplexed by our coaching staff.

8) People who should be gone next season: Fred Miller, Adam Archuleta, Ron Turner. I'm tired of all 3.

9) I'd hardly blame our ineptitude on O on Grossman this week - there was too many dropped passes, and a sieve at RT for 3 straight quarters. I think he played well given the circumstances.

10) Bernard Motherfucking Berrian! I went to the bathroom after that catch, and on my way back, tried to re-enact it. I hurt my elbow. Clutch catch of the year.

11) There are about 5 other teams tied w/us in the NFC race, just outside the playoff picture. We play 3 of those teams, along with the Giants and Packers to finish the season. It's not over yet.
